Our social impact assessment includes analysis of local demography, economy, socio-cultural activities, religion, existing and potential conflicts, availability of services and infrastructure to accurately identify affected groups.
Combining our business goals and local needs, we implement an open and inclusive community engagement and communication plan that respects the local environment, culture and traditions. We pay particular attention to vulnerable groups, such as women, children and indigenous peoples, and develop and implement strategies to include them in participatory processes. We are committed to establishing meaningful, constructive and positive dialogue with local communities and listening to their voices and demands.
We will conduct a community impact assessment before the start of the project, and evaluate the social impact and potential risks in the area where the project operates based on local conditions. We will also evaluate the importance and priority of the company's production operations and local social risks based on the concerns of the affected groups and the local social risks.
